In addition to our goals, our principles of conduct form the second pillar of the company guidelines.

These principles - recorded in four codes - regulate how the company's goals are to be achieved.

  • Code of Conduct

    The Code of Conduct contains our principles for dealing with business partners and third parties.

    It also regulates the handling of information, confidentiality and data protection, as well as the separation of private and corporate interests.

  • Code of Teamwork & Leadership

    The Code of Teamwork & Leadership outlines our understanding of collaboration and leadership. Trust and appreciation, motivation and success, recognition and development, teamwork and equal opportunities as well as the compatibility of family and career play a special role.

  • Code of Safety

    The Code of Safety defines our safety culture and sets up safety rules.

  • Code of Sustainability

    The Code of Sustainability lists the principles of sustainability, according to which purchasing, logistics and products as well as our social commitment have to be oriented.
