With more than 20 years of professional experience as an executive chef on super yachts and cruise liners, Jörg Müller has made it his mission to implement self-control systems on yachts and train the crew members.

Pilot Project MY Lady Moura
The Super Yacht Lady Moura was commissioned in 1990 with a length of 104.85 meters and a width of 18.50 meters by the shipyard Blohm and Voss in Hamburg.
In 2014, Swiss Ocean Services commissioned us to develop and implement a self-control system in the form of an HACCP concept.
Although the Mega Yacht Lady Moura is used exclusively for private purposes, the ship management attaches great importance to a demanding quality assurance, as the health and well-being of the owner and his family comes first.
